Jake Kuester is a Project Manager specializing in climate action planning, greenhouse gas inventories, and sustainability implementation. He has authored multiple climate action plans and supports communities in turning emissions data into practical climate strategies.
Marine Iriart, Sr. Analyst/Carbon Accountant
Mariné Iriart specializes in carbon accounting, decarbonization, and climate action planning. With a background in environmental engineering, she has seven years of experience developing GHG inventories, emissions reduction strategies, and energy efficiency analyses for organizations and communities.
Alex Angerman, Sr. Technical Writer
Alex Angerman is a senior technical writer specializing in Tribal climate, sustainability, and environmental planning. She brings experience in climate adaptation, environmental grant writing, and technical planning, with an emphasis on incorporating Indigenous knowledge and community priorities into climate solutions.
Jamie Judkins, Account Executive/Program Manager
Descendent of Chinook, Lower Chehalis, and Nisqually relations – enrolled member Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe.
Jamie Judkins brings extensive Tribal government and enterprise experience to climate resilience and adaptation planning. Her work includes Tribal climate action plans, economic development, securing funding for resilience projects, and planning community infrastructure responses to climate impacts.
